In San Benedetto del Tronto, on the charming coast of the "Riviera delle Palme," "Le Nespole" is a charming 1960s-era hospitality facility. The name of the facility is linked to the memory of the medlar tree planted by our grandparents behind the building, which brought so many sweet and wonderful childhood memories. Medlars have always been considered a magical and auspicious fruit, a symbol of virtue, patience, and wisdom. From this inspiration and our fondest memories, this new venture was born.

If you're looking for the perfect seaside escape, you've come to the right place! Imagine being just a 10-minute walk from the train station and 7 minutes from the beach. The location is truly strategic: nestled between San Benedetto and Grottammare, you'll be spoiled for choice when it comes to exploring these two delightful towns.

Our welcoming and tastefully furnished rooms are located on the first floor of a building with an elevator. So you won't have to worry about lugging heavy suitcases up the stairs! And for those who love to enjoy every moment of their vacation, local restaurants and pastry shops are just steps away.

A truly lovely property, close to the city center and several dining options. The room was spacious, clean, and tastefully furnished with every comfort. The bathroom was also spacious and clean, with a walk-in shower.

The owner was warm, kind, and helpful.

The property's location between Grottammare and San Benedetto del Tronto is perfect for traveling between the two cities. The rooms are immaculately clean, the shower is large and beautiful. The small terrace is useful and an added bonus. I'd say everything is arranged in a functional, intelligent, and above all original way.

Highly recommend!

Each room has a name. We were given "La Libellula," a truly unique room with high-quality furnishings and finishes. The bathroom has a large, modern shower separate from the rest of the bathroom, giving it the feel of a mini spa. A coffee maker and a small fridge with bottled water are also available. Everything is spotless. The owner's touch and creativity are evident everywhere. Together with her sister Teresa, they welcomed us so kindly to their property. Breakfast isn't served on-site, but a voucher is provided for use at a café/pastry shop about 20 meters from "Le Nespole."
